I got to MEET AN APOSTLE!!!!!!!

Holy COW WHAT A WEEK. Its official- I leave the MTC tomorrow!!!!!! So for the best part of my week... and ya know maybe a highlight of my life. I GOT TO MEET AN APOSTLE!!!!!!!! We went to our devotional on Tuesday and we got to hear from Elder Gong from the 12 apostles. He walked in the room as every missionary stood in silence and watched an apostle of God walk in. I had chills the entire time and the spirit in the room was INCREDIBLE. Him and his wife both spoke and gave wonderful talks. After the devotional was over we were told that our little english district of 6 people would get to sit with Elder Gong knee to knee. We were anxiously waiting for him to walk in when the doors opened. The MTC presidency walked in first, then Elder Gong and his sweet wife. We sat in a circle and each of us got a chance to talk to Elder Gong and his wife. He looked at each of us individually and relayed a message from God. When he talked to me he answered a prayer that I have had for weeks. I honestly felt Gods love so much, and i was amazed that he sent an apostle to answer the prayer I had been saying for weeks. I Have loved the MTC so much. I was blessed with the most wonderful companion and wonderful district. I know that God puts us where we need to be. This was the fastest and funnest week. I am so sad to leave the MTC and all of the wonderful people I have met here. However, I am so excited to enter the mission field. The day is finally here and I leave the MTC at 6am. These past few weeks have been life changing. Honestly I love this gospel with all that I am, and I can not wait to go and work. I feel so incredibly blessed. I know that God is real. I know that he loves us. With God on our side we can not fall. There is a scripture that I love in Alma 5:46. If you have a question about anything, read this scripture, rely on the spirit and pray. It works. I have tried it. I love this gospel. I love the MTC. I love being a missionary. Have the most wonderful week.
