You are all probably sick of hearing the words "THIS WEEK WAS CRAZY!!" From every missionary ever... But just to let you know every week is crazy... crazy awesome but crazy lol. I don't even know where to start this week..

Spiritual:

I have really grown to love and appreciate the power of the plan of salvation this week. Pappa Smith in our ward passed away this week and it has really affected our ward. But how lucky are we to know about the plan of salvation. A few hours after he passes away Sister Grant and I went to visit mamma smith. Our hearts just broke for her but for the moment i will never forget. Sister Grant and I, and Mamma Smith and her daughter kneeled in their front room as we all said little portions of a prayer. The prayer was full of gratitude for the savior and for the plan of salvation. There was so much peace in the room as we all grew closer to the savior in prayer. I cant even explain how powerful it was, and how grateful I am for the wonderful gift of the plan of salvation.

"Yes, faith is a choice, and it must be sought after and developed. Thus, we are responsible for our own faith. We are also responsible for our lack of faith. The choice is yours."

I have never thought about my lack of faith being my own choice!! This is so powerful. We don't have control over many of the situations in life, but we have control of how we react and if we use faith and our Savior Jesus Christ to get through all of life's challenges. I have seen this work in my life and It truly is amazing. I love this gospel. The Church is so true!!
