It;s been a week full of miracles :) I'm not even sure where to start. We only had one full day in our area because we had meetings or were volunteering at the Oakland temple open house. Unfortunately the open house is now closed:( which is a bummer. Serving as a hotess for the open house was amazing, and I loved spending hours on the temple grounds with people who were curious to find answers. :)
Miracles and Gods timing
So heres a little story that helped me understand Gods timing. We were at the temple open house
with our family ward, and they rented a double decker Google bus. They are sooo nice. This area really is wealthy. Anyways Sister Ferrell and I had an investigator with us, Her name is Rosemary. And we went to start our tour where they show a video and right as the introduction video started her son started to throw the biggest fit. Like unbelievable. He was ragging for like 40 minutes so we weren't able to go through the tour with our group and we all started getting kind of discouraged, however we decided we would say a prayer, so we all gathered around his little stroller and said a prayer. Shortly after we prayed he calmed down and was enjoying the temple grounds, so we decided we would try to go into the temple. However you cant take strollers, and when we took his stroller he started to freak out. It was honestly super stressful, one of the temple ushers saw that we were struggling so they came to see what we could do to help, and they ended up getting a little wheelchair and placing him in the wheelchair. GREAT NEWS it worked, we then distracted this little boy with everything we could and made our way through the temple. Rosemary loved it and when she saw the baptismal font she expressed how badly she wanted to come for herself, so we talked about baptism and set a game plan. Then when we were just about finished with our tour we were waiting for an elevator to take us to the main floor. I was playing a little game with the little boy and randomly glanced over my shoulder and I saw 2 familiar faces. I saw Stockton and Westly Wride!!! So I jumped up and ran over to them and saw Darcy and Kelly as well.(Darcy and Kelly are literally my second parents, lifelong friends, and neighbors) There was lots of hugging, a few happy tears. I was so excited. I never thought I would be grateful for a screaming child, however, that sweet screaming little boy, with the help of God made it so the Wride's path and mine crossed right at the exact moment. Gods timing truly is divine. He is in the details and even he can turn stressful tantrums, into the greatest highlights. God knows us all individually, I am so grateful God knows me well enough to know right when I needed a hug from my dearest friends. Have an amazing week.

Divine timing part 2
On Tuesday this week Sister Ferrell and I had some appointments fall through, and we found ourselves with a little bit of free time, so we said a prayer and ask the Lord where he would like us to go, and we both thought of the park. So we quickly biked to the park and we saw a man sitting on the park bench, we talked with him and ended up having an hour lesson on who God is, and how he helps us. We talked about his life and he told us how he was searching for peace and hope. I feel so blessed to be a missionary, and to be in a place where the lord will use my companion and I to be an answer to prayer. I love my Savior. I know he lives. Have a wonderful week.
